The Rehabilitative Care Alliance is pleased to welcome Gabrielle Sadler as a new project manager.

Gabrielle comes to us from Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario where she has been a manager with the Continuing Care Program for the past nine years. She has led interdisciplinary teams on a variety of units, including the Integrated Stroke Unit, Rehabilitation, Functional Enhancement, Palliative Care, Geriatrics, and most recently the Rehabilitation Therapies Department. Gabrielle previously worked 10 years as a physiotherapist in a variety of settings.  At Ross Memorial, Gabrielle has led a number of quality improvement and patient engagement initiatives, including the planning and launch of the Integrated Stroke Unit.

Gabrielle has a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario, an MSc in physiotherapy from the University of Toronto and a Masters Certificate in Healthcare Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She is currently working toward her LEAN Black Belt in Healthcare Delivery.

Gabrielle joins project managers Rebecca Ho and Sue Balogh in implementing current RCA initiatives. Gabrielle will be working remotely from Kirkfield in the northern part of the Central East LHIN. She can be reached at gabrielle.sadler@uhn.ca.
