The RCA is creating a centralized resource of tools and resources that support best practice care for patients post hip fractures and total joint replacements.

The resource, which will be housed on the RCA website, will provide easy access to evidence-based tools and resources that support best practice rehabilitative care for frail seniors with hip fracture and individuals receiving a total joint replacement.

Send us your tools and resources

We are looking for tools and resources across the locations and processes of care, including patient & family education materials, care pathways and assessment tools.

Please upload your resources by December 18 using the following links: hip fracture resources or TJR resources. You’ll be asked a few questions to help us list the resources appropriately. The site will also be updated on a regular basis, as new resources are submitted.

We hope to have the resources up on the RCA website by January 2021. Watch for more information closer to that date.
