The Specialized Rehab Task Group is working to develop a common set of key principles that will guide a Hub and Spoke model for specialized rehab. When finalized, the model will ultimately be used to locate the “hubs” and “spokes,” as well as outline their respective accountabilities.

Next steps include analyzing data to identify access to, and utilization of, specialized rehab and conducting a current state analysis to determine where specialized rehab is presently located for all adult populations.
