We are pleased to announce Sharon Ocampo-Chan will be joining the RCA team.

Sharon brings with her a wealth of experience, including her many contributions as a project manager over the past ten years with the GTA Rehab Network, where she led regional quality improvement initiatives including early referral to rehabilitation for hip fractures, patient flow strategies for non-emergency transportation, and community paramedic programs for fall prevention. While at the Network, Sharon also developed outpatient rehabilitation pricing models adopted by the Ministry of Health and designed data reporting solutions for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, including COVID-19-related care. She has additional experience as a practice leader, clinical resource specialist and occupational therapist, is adept at data analysis, and has been published in several journals.
