The RCA recently released an updated version of its Rehabilitative Care System Evaluation Framework, reinforcing a shared vision that patient and system outcomes are optimized through integrated rehabilitative care across all levels of health policy, planning, and delivery.

The refreshed framework aligns with the Quintuple Aim and Ontario Health’s five key objectives for delivering world-class health care. It includes a comprehensive set of performance indicators spanning population health, provider experience, value & efficiency, patient experience, and health equity. The indicators help regions compare performance against provincial benchmarks and guide efforts to improve quality, access, and equity across the rehabilitative care system.
