The RCA is seeking expressions of interest from individuals who would like to participate in a new Rehab in Primary Care Working Group.

The working group will support the development of a guidance document focused on the integration of rehabilitation within primary care settings and is intended to support primary care teams as they advance patient attachment efforts under Ontario’s Primary Care Action Plan. It will draw on the expertise of rehabilitation and primary care professionals to explore opportunities for integrating rehabilitative care within team-based primary care.
